Revenue Cycle Administrative Assistant

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable & Billing Supervisor, the RCM Administrative Assistant provides crucial administrative support to the CareWell/ClearChoiceMD revenue cycle management team to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
This is position is onsite, based in our Concord, NH office

A typical day in the life of a RCM Administrative Assistant includes, but not limited to:
- Playing a crucial role in maintaining a smooth workflow within the organization by ensuring accurate and timely distribution of mail/incoming faxes within the department
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, managing office procedures, and assisting other team member as needed ensuring coordination between departments
- Gathering missing information for workers compensation for billing and following up on outstanding workers compensation claims
- Ensure accurate data entry into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
- Serve as a backup to assist with any revenue cycle responsibilities
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint applications
- At least 1 year experience in Medical Billing preferred
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task/meeting deadlines
A typical work schedule consists of weekdays 8am – 5:00pm, on-site in Concord, NH, with options to flex time.
