Emergence Health Holdings is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Director of Marketing to support the overall marketing needs for its two urgent care brands, ClearChoiceMD and CareWell, which operate 32 urgent care locations and offer telemedicine services throughout New England.  ClearChoiceMD and CareWell Urgent Care was founded by physicians with a mission to deliver innovative, accessible, and exceptional healthcare. We are building a team of professionals dedicated to meeting the needs of our communities. The Director of Marketing develops and implements integrated online and offline marketing plans designed to increase clinic visits and increase brand awareness in local markets.  This is a unique opportunity to build your own team, empowering you to drive strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in managing paid search campaigns, demonstrating hands-on expertise in developing and enhancing these initiatives.

 

This is a remote position with occasional travel requirements



Primary Marketing Responsibilities:  

  • Source, hire, and develop the marketing team capable of managing services currently outsourced to the third-party agency. 
  • Establish and monitor staff performance and developmental goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance reviews, and administer salary adjustments.
  • Create and optimize a digital marketing plan that drives visit growth while maintaining attractive cost per new patient metrics.
  • Track and analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing channels, activities, and messaging and rebalance media mix allocations to maximize visits.
  • Develop marketing budget and visit goals and ensure spending meets the organization's goals and adheres to the annual budget.
  • Publish weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting trends, successes, and opportunities to keep senior executives abreast of marketing conditions and campaign results.
  • Maintain and optimize the organization's website including creating new content and managing SEO to drive organic website traffic.
  • Provide creative direction on brand-level graphic design, web, photography, and video projects.
  • Oversee the social media strategy including creating content, updating profiles, engaging patients, and managing review responses.
Qualifications:  
  • Expertise in paid search with the ability to step in to manage campaigns and bidding strategies if necessary.
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with traditional media and how to integrate with digital marketing media.
  • Ability to hire, train, manage, and mentor a marketing team and agency partners.
